Bibles and Chairs Needed!!

I realize it's just been a few days since my last blog post, but I wanted everyone to celebrate with us. We just reached a huge milestone TODAY! We have now finished the Katekwan church to the point we can start holding services and the first service is just a few short weeks away. It's still not completely finished but the electricity is installed, the murram clay is on the floor and the alter built, so we can use it "as is" until enough funds are received to complete it. We still lack concrete for the main floor, plaster for the inside and outside, and paint.

In order to accommodate the people during the service and future services, we need CHAIRS!! Please stand with us and donate money for at least one chair at $9.00 each. Also, being a predominately Muslim neighborhood, most will not have bibles. Each bible in the Ateso language is $11.00 each. For a donation of just $20 you not only supply a chair, but also a bible for the person in that chair. You're helping change people's lives for eternity and their descendants for generations to come. If you've never given to this ministry before, or a monthly donor, we need your help in building the kingdom of God on earth. Rev. Robert Opolot informed me that there is a lot of excitement in the community there and they are expecting at least 100 people!! Isn't that amazing!
